Cancellations
16th September
7th, 14th, 21st and 28th October
1st and 9th December
Sunday morning gymnasts may attend the Saturday session 1pm to 5pm when
their Sunday sessions are cancelled.
Early
Finishes (8.45am - 11.15am)
4th and 18th November
2nd and 16th December
Training
Sessions
Gymnasts
require to bring with them woolen gloves for strap bars, ankle weights for
conditioning and a training diary to record their progress.
Things
you require to complete at home
If
you wish to improve your skill attainment you must try to complete the
following exercises at home:
Splits
in all directions hold each for 1 minute x 3 on each leg
Handstand
to ½ lever return 3 times (this skill is very important to you in order
to achieve your skills)
Hyper
bridges on the bottom step of your stairs hold for 1 minute x 3 hands
first them feet
Membership Fees
Gymnasts have been given their membership renewal forms these have to be
completed and returned with the correct fee by 20th September 2007.
Outstanding Fees
Anyone with outstanding training fees please bring them up to date ASAP
(thank you).
